Leonie Harsch (B.A. International Literatures & Languages, History and Cultures of the Near East)

During my studies, I explored global relations on a level of culture and discourse. NMUN gives me the chance to deepen my understanding of their political dimensions as well as of global policy making. I am enthusiastic to research the social and economic impact of migration on the Middle East, and to discuss in my committee how to counter radicalization. I am looking forward to working with the other team members and I am excited to rise to the challenge to represent Iraq in the simulation.
